General Features

Item Location Stock
We have replaced the current table Item Location Stock with a new one, so the field Sales Channel becomes part of the primary key:
It is now possible to store Item duplicate entries per Sales Channel. Also, report XXXX is adjusted to insert the data into the new table.

Search bar added to the Data Mgt. Tool
We have added a search bar to quickly jump to fields in case of a large table:

Matching new web customers is extended
When new web customers are registered in the webshop, there is an option to match those new registrations with existing customers in Business Central. This avoids the creation of double customers. We could match on ‘e-mail’ and ‘e-mail in combination with a global dimension set on the Sales Channel Card.
We have added a 3rd option: you can match on any field you want in the Customer table (T18).

How to use:
– Set field ‘Match new customer’ on the value ‘Custom Field’
– Select the Field No. in the table Customer you want to use for the match
– Select the Field No. in the table TINX Customer where you are storing the value from the web, and you want to match with
– Add this field to the mapping 006 to store the value from the web
– Add in the mapping: 006 -> returning customers from the web, the field 128 ‘Check Customer Match’, set to ‘Validate’

Set GUID when validating the Customer No. in table TINX Customer
When the field Customer No. in table TINX Customer is validated, also the GUID is set on the Customer record (T18).

Save webshop GUID in table TINX Web Category
The webshop GUID we generate and send to the webshop is now saved in the field ‘Webshop Value’.

Page Web Category
The page was not filtered with the default Sales Channel. This has been fixed.

Sales Channel -> root category
Instead of grabbing the Root Category ID from the Setup, it is now also possible to read from the Sales Channel page and use it in mappings:

Importing Time fields
Import Time fields with data type ‘Time’ was not working correctly. This has been fixed.

Shipment IDs are added to Sales Invoice Header
The fulfilment fields needed for Shopify are added to the table Sales Invoice Header.

Shopify Connector

API version updated
When installing the app, the most recent API version is now set: 2023-01.

JSON processing support responses
For all calls, you can now choose whether the responses should be processed as XML or as JSON.

Webservice metafield: products/%1/metafields.json

WooCommerce Connector

Sales Web Documents
When you are calling a webservice which is using the specific table ‘TINX Saled Web Documents’, the system is checking if the flag ‘Is Order Import’ is set to true. Then the record will be flagged as ‘processed’, and the Record ID will get a value:
