General Features

Dynamic Stock Calculation
Sometimes the stock calculation can be complex: multiple warehouses and different calculations for particular items. To avoid adjusting multiple mappings on several different events/triggers for the stock calculation, we have created one place where calculations and conditions can be set and maintained for the stock calculation. Processes to be configured:

1. Setup Formula and Conditions
2. Create a mapping where you include the table TINX Stock Location
3. Schedule report 11205302 TINX Item Stock in the Job Queue
4. Run the above report once to see if data comes in the table TINX Item Stock

Starting point is the Sales Channel, where you will find a new action ‘Stock Formula’:

If you click this action, this page appears:

You should only add a formula if you have one calculation for each item.

If you have separate stock levels for specific items, you should also define a ‘Condition’, and you will have more lines on the first page.

You can set conditions on fields in the Item table (27) or the Item Attribute Value.

Standard Attributes
We have extended the standard Attributes in BC with new fields to publish to the web and assign as a ’configurable’ option.

Error handling for Order Import
If order import fails in combination with the additional code unit XXX, a fault reason is logged in the TINX Order table. Also, the flag ‘Failed to Import’ is set to true.

New field, ‘Unique ID,’ added to the TINX Sales Order table
A new field is added, text[50], to store a Unique ID received from the webshop. This field is also added in Table 36 Sale Header. You can use this to make specific calls with the correct web ID.

Shopware Connector

Indexing behaviour
We have added an indexing behaviour on the Sales Channel card. This field can have one of the following values: Null, Use Queue Indexing or Disable Indexing. This setting is applied for outbound calls.
